How to order

  • Buy Online

    1. Choose items you would like to buy

    2. Check the price and color, length (length applicable to Synthetic extensions & Human hair extensions) of the products you chose

    3. Click on Add Basket

    4. Fill in the form with your details - Home telephone number must be provided for security reason to protect you as well as us from fraudulent use. We may call randomly to check if you are the card holder

    5. Click on Checkout


    ** If you wish to buy more than 1pc per item, you may click on 'Add Basket' twice, or add quantity at 'Checkout' page.


  • By Mail Order
    If you would like to pay by cheque, please email us with following details.


    1. Name

    2. Address

    3. Contact phone number

    4. Items you like to buy include name of product, color, length if applicable.


    Payment Policy
    Our standard payment is by Credit Card (or Debit card) online but if you would like to pay by cheque or T/T please e-mail us so that we can give you a further instruction. If you wish to make a payment via PAYPAL, please send fund to 'sales@silverjoutlet.com.


    Security Policy

    We use the latest security encryption technology to ensure that your card details cannot be accessed by any unauthorised persons or for any transactions unauthorised by you.


    However, if you don't feel comfortable with leaving your credit card details online please call us during business opeing hour to process it manually.


    Return Policy

    Our hair products are not returnable due to hygiene reason once the original packaging is disturbed. To be eligible for a refund, the security seal must not be broken and return it by recorded mail, and the goods must be in original condition as we sent(Carriage fee is not refundable). However, we will accept returns if the goods are faulty or sent to you incorrectly.


    All the items packed in a clear plastic which will enable you to see the color of the hair without opening the packaging.


    If you cancel the order in regardless of our fault after you placed the order, we will give you refund but a processing fee will be deducted (fee variable to credit cards/debit cards). If you cancel the order after the goods despatched we will also deduct postage from the amount (if actual postage fee is higher than you paid, we will deduct actual cost of postage)


    Privacy Policy


    We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
    We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
    We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
    We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

    The type of information we will collect about you includes:

    * email address


    We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
    The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
    The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
